The day started out cold, late in October of 2006, and we hiked, 3500 vertical feet, and awesome views of Mt. Rainier and sights of nice fall leaves were had. Here are some of the good pictures.

I got a cool new program that allows me to plot my pictures on google earth

Red leaves and blue sky

I think this mountain is called Rainier

zoomed in on the tip of Rainier

Some cool clouds and a cool sun

The fire watch at the top of Shriner peak

Some blueberry leaves that have lost their chlorophyll.

Peaks and jet trails

Mt. Adams and a part of Goat Rocks

Christopher called us as we were eating lunch, so we spoke with him

Glaciers on Rainier

I like this picture of lines in the sky and angle in the mountain
